Shipping policy

Hedgehog Print LLC currently ships orders within the United States.

Order processing

Orders are generally prepared within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and US holidays. Processing may take longer during seasonal peaks or when additional order information is required.

Estimated delivery

After processing, estimated US delivery is generally 5-10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after a carrier receives a shipment.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact Support@hedgehogprint.us promptly if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing.
